JHU395 is an orally-bioavailable and a plasma stable lipophilic glutamine antagonists (GA) proagent. JHU395 delivers 6-diazo-5-oxo-L-norleucine (DON) to malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor (MPNST) in vitro and in vivo, and has antitumor activity in MPNST[1].
