LysoTracker Red
LysoTracker Red DND-99 is a cell-permeant fluorescent dye that selectively labels and tracks acidic organelles like lysosomes in live cells, with Ex/Em maxima of 577/590 nm. It is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo research to monitor autophagy, lysosomal function, and is a noted substrate for P-glycoprotein transport studies.
