Mag-Fluo-4 AM
Mag-Fluo-4 AM is a dual-affinity fluorescent indicator for Mg2+ (Kd 4.7 mM) and Ca2+ (Kd 22 μM) . It is widely used in live-cell imaging to monitor divalent cation dynamics, particularly for visualizing Ca2+ within the endoplasmic reticulum in various in vitro cellular assays.
