Mag-Fura-2 AM
Mag-Fura-2 AM is a cell-permeable, highly selective fluorescent Mg2+ indicator with over 13,000-fold preference for Mg2+ over Ca2+. It is widely used in vitro and in vivo to monitor intracellular magnesium dynamics, which serves as an indirect measure of ATP-linked metabolic processes.
