Mca- (ala7, lys (dnp) 9) -bradykinin
This fluorogenic substrate is highly sensitive for ECE-1, utilizing a Mca fluorophore and Dnp quencher to produce a strong fluorescent signal upon cleavage. It is widely used in vitro for kinetic assays and inhibitor screening to study endothelin-converting enzyme activity and regulation.
