Mca-SEVNLDAEFK (Dnp)
Mca-SEVNLDAEFK (Dnp) is a fluorescent FRET substrate for BACE-1 (Beta-secretase 1) containing the Swedish mutation. Its cleavage releases a quenched fluorophore, enabling sensitive in vitro activity assays for Alzheimer's disease research and inhibitor screening.
