Positive Control: Skin, myelinated nerves. Pre-Treatment: Formaldehyde-fixed tissue should be pre-treated with 0.1% pronase (Art. No. DE110) to give best results. Unmasking methods involving microwave or steam cooking are not recommended!. Incubation Time: 60 min at RT
