Msr-blue

Msr-blue is a turn-on fluorescent probe designed for monitoring methionine sulfoxide reductase (Msr) activity. It exhibits over 100-fold fluorescence enhancement (λex=340 nm, λem=440 nm) and is applicable for real-time tracking of enzymatic function in both live-cell imaging and in vitro biochemical assays.
