NIAD-4
NIAD-4 is a near-infrared fluorescent probe with high affinity for amyloid-beta (Ki=10 nM) and blood-brain barrier permeability. It enables in vivo optical imaging of Aβ plaques in Alzheimer's disease models and is used for both in vitro binding assays and in vivo CNS imaging studies, with absorption peaks at 475–480 nm.
