NIR-FP

NIR-FP is a selective near-infrared fluorescent probe for superoxide anion (O2-), enabling dynamic ROS monitoring in ferroptosis-related epilepsy research. It is applied in vivo for models like kainic acid-, pentylenetetrazole-, and pilocarpine-induced epilepsy, facilitating real-time observation of oxidative stress events.
