NOTA-IMB-RGD

NOTA-IMB-RGD is a dual-molecule probe that targets integrin αvβ3 (integrinαvβ3) and programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) . It can block the PD-1/PD-L1 signaling pathway and the tumor vasculature with overexpressed integrin αvβ3. This compound holds potential for research in solid tumors co-expressing PD-L1 and αvβ3, such as gliomas and breast cancer.
