Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for NPT II detection) as well as in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great activity for NPT II in GMO plant recombinant NPT II as well as NPT II in E.Coli. Capable of creating tests with sensitivity of 20 ng/ml NPT II.
