Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for E.coli O157 detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Excellent for O157 sensitivity test for cut-off concentration of 104 CFU/ml. No cross reaction with other O and H serotypes.
