Oxonol VI
Oxonol VI is a membrane potential-sensitive fluorescent dye used to optically monitor transmembrane potentials in lipid vesicles. It is widely applied in vitro to study ion pump activity, such as the Na+/K+-ATPase in reconstituted systems, and in cellular research for assessing plasma membrane potential changes.
