Bromelain isolated and purified from pineapple stem. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Form
Purified hyperimmune rabbit IgG lyophilised from a solution in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2) . No preservative added, as it may interfere with the antibody activity. No foreign protein added.
Storage Conditions
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
