HN37 as a potent and chemically stable antiepileptic agent candidate, with an EC50 of 37 nM for KCNQ2[1]. HN37 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
