PF-Alkyne

PF-Alkyne is a site-selective, fluorophosphonate probe that covalently immobilizes Schistosoma japonicum GST (sjGST) tag fusion proteins by targeting tyrosine-111. This tool enables rapid protein capture and is applicable for both in vitro pull-down assays and in vivo protein interaction studies, facilitating research in proteomics and molecular biology.
