Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for phytase detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great activity for less glycosylated Aspergullus Niger phytase from GMO plant. Capable of creating tests with sensitivity of 2 ng/ml or lower. No cross reaction with phytase original from plant.
