PKH 26
PKH 26 is a lipophilic, red-fluorescent dye (Ex/Em=551/567 nm) for stable cell membrane labeling. It is extensively used in vitro for tracking cell proliferation, migration, and in cytotoxicity assays, such as measuring T cell-mediated killing via flow cytometry.
