PNE-Lyso
PNE-Lyso is a dual-signal fluorescent probe that simultaneously detects intracellular pH and hexosaminidase activity. It enables the differentiation of apoptosis from necrosis through lysosomal imaging and is used in vitro to study mechanisms of cell death induced by various agents.
