Precipitating polyclonal rabbit antiserum to sheep IgM, heavy and light chains. In immunoelectrophoresis and double radial immunodiffusion to identify the presence of IgM and IgG antibodies; as secondary antibody to precipitate the immunoglobulin in normal sheep serum; to prepare an immunoadsorbent for the production of Ig-free sheep serum, plasma or non-Ig preparations.
