Rabbit Human transferrin Antibody

For immunoelectrophoresis, use 2 μL of serum (or equivalent) against 120 μL of antiserum. For double radial immunodiffusion, use a rosette arrangement: add 10 μL of antiserum to a 3 mm diameter central well, and add 2 μL of serum samples (undiluted and serially diluted) to 2 mm diameter peripheral wells. This antiserum has not been tested in more sensitive assays as nephelometry, ELISA or use in immunohistology, but this does not exclude such use if proper controls are included.
