PTX-PEG-Cy3
PTX-PEG-Cy3 is a fluorescent paclitaxel conjugate used for tracking drug delivery and localization in live-cell imaging, flow cytometry, and in vitro mechanistic studies. The Cy3 label (emission ~570 nm) enables visualization, while PTX induces mitotic arrest and apoptosis through tubulin stabilization.
