R 2/1 plus C2 on 200 copper mesh

R 2/1 plus C2 is a 12 nm carbon film with circular holes of 2 μm diameter and an interspace of 1 μm in both dimensions, which has an additional 2 nm continuous carbon layer on top. Applied on 200 copper mesh.
