Rhod-5N (potassium salt)
Rhod-5N is a low-affinity (Kd ~320 μM) fluorescent calcium indicator with excitation/emission maxima at ~551/576 nm. It is ideal for monitoring high calcium concentrations, such as within the endoplasmic reticulum lumen, in both in vitro and live-cell imaging studies where high-affinity probes become saturated.
