Rhodamine B isothiocyanate

Rhodamine B isothiocyanate (mixed isomers) is an orange-red, cell-permeant fluorescent dye that conjugates to amines on proteins and antibodies. With excitation/emission at 570/595 nm, it is widely used for labeling biomolecules in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry applications for both in vitro and in vivo studies.
