Rhod-FF (potassium salt)

Rhod-FF is a low-affinity (Kd ~320 μM), cell-impermeant calcium indicator, ideal for monitoring high-concentration calcium dynamics in compartments like the endoplasmic reticulum. Its excitation/emission maxima are approximately 552/580 nm, facilitating its use in both in vitro and in vivo calcium imaging studies.
