RhoNox-1
RhoNox-1 is a cell-permeable, Fe2+-specific fluorescent probe for live-cell imaging, exhibiting orange-red fluorescence (Ex/Em 540/575 nm) from an irreversible reaction. It is widely applied in research on cellular iron metabolism, oxidative stress, and ferroptosis in both in vitro and in vivo models.
