PA-JF549-Halo ligand

PA-JF549-Halo ligand is a photoactivatable fluorescent probe, created by the covalent linkage of the fluorescent dye PA-JF549 and the HaloTag protein ligand. Combining the exceptional brightness, photostability, and cell permeability of the JF549 dye with the photoactivation features and the specificity of HaloTag protein labeling technology, it is suitable for high-quality single-molecule imaging and super-resolution imaging of specific proteins in live cells.
