Applications Notes

Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for PAT detection) as well as in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great activity for PAT in GMO plant and recombinant PAT. Capable of creating tests with sensitivity of 5 ng/ml PAT.
