Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for Typhi detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great relationship of activity and both Paratyphi and Typhi concentration at 106 CFU/ml. No cross reaction with S. London, S. Typhimurium, S. Derby, S. Potsdam, S. Braenderup, and other common pathogenic bacteria.
