SBADA is a sulfonated green fluorescent dye (λ ex=490 nm, λ em=510 nm) designed for in situ labeling of bacterial peptidoglycan. It is widely used in both in vivo and in vitro research for visualizing cell wall synthesis and dynamics in live and fixed bacteria.
