SCy5DA

SCy5DA is a fluorescent D-amino acid probe designed for live bacterial peptidoglycan labeling, compatible with a wide range of bacteria including Gram-positive, Gram-negative, and mycobacteria. Its 646/665 nm excitation/emission enables high-resolution imaging via SMLM (PALM/STORM) for in vivo and in vitro studies of cell wall synthesis and dynamics.
