SCy5DL-amide

SCy5DL-amide is a fluorescent D-amino acid probe for universal peptidoglycan labeling in gram-positive, gram-negative, and mycobacterial species. Its efficient incorporation, exemplified in B. subtilis, enables high-resolution imaging via SMLM (PALM/STORM) techniques for both in vitro and in vivo bacterial studies.
