Sudan III
Sudan III (Solvent Red 23) is a lysochrome dye used to stain lipids and hydrophobic substances in biological research. It is widely applied in histology for in vitro fat staining and has been used in studies of lipid metabolism and adipogenesis in both in vitro and in vivo experimental models.
