Suc-Leu-Tyr-AMC
Suc-Leu-Tyr-AMC is a fluorogenic peptide substrate used to measure the chymotrypsin-like activity of the 20S proteasome in vitro, and is also cleaved by calpains, papain, and the E. coli Ti protease. Its utility spans proteasome research, cell biology, and studies of protease function in both biochemical and cellular assays.
