Sulfane Sulfur Probe 4

SSP4 is a fluorescent probe that selectively detects endogenous sulfane sulfur species like polysulfides and persulfides. Upon reaction, it produces fluorescein (Ex/Em 494/515 nm) and has been used to visualize these species in both in vitro assays and in vivo models, including mouse neurons and plant roots.
