TMA-DPH is a lipophilic fluorescent probe used to study membrane dynamics and fluidity, with excitation and emission maxima at 355 nm and 430 nm, respectively. It is widely applied in both in vitro and in vivo research for monitoring plasma membrane and vesicle properties.
