TMRE perchlorate
TMRE is a cell-permeant, cationic fluorescent dye that selectively accumulates in active mitochondria due to their membrane potential. It is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo research for assessing mitochondrial health, apoptosis, and membrane potential in live-cell imaging and flow cytometry applications.
