TMRM
TMRM is a red-fluorescent, cationic, and lipophilic dye (Ex/Em: ~530/592 nm) that readily crosses cell membranes. It is widely used in both in vitro and in vivo research to monitor mitochondrial membrane potential, serving as an indicator of cell health and apoptosis.
