Trx-red
Trx-red (NBL-SS perchlorate) is a near-infrared fluorescent probe based on a Nile blue scaffold, designed for the selective detection of thioredoxin (Trx) . It enables real-time imaging of Trx activity in live cells and in vivo models, with excitation/emission at 615/661 nm, supporting redox biology and cancer research.
