Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for Vibrio parahaemolyticus detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. High sensitivity and able to detect Vibrio parahaemolyticus at the concentration of 103 CFU/ml. No cross reaction with other Vibrio species.
Preservative
50 mM NaCl 20 mM PBS pH 7.4 with 0.1% NaN3
