AF488 streptavidin
AF488 streptavidin is a fluorescence labeled streptavidin. AF488 streptavidin comprises a biotin-binding protein (streptavidin) covalently attached to a fluorescent label (AF488) . AF488 is a bright, photostable green fluorophore, exhibits the λem and λex wavelength of 520 nm and 470 nm, respectively[1][2].
