Z-Gly-Pro-AMC
Z-Gly-Pro-AMC is a fluorogenic substrate for prolyl endopeptidase (PREP) . Its hydrolysis releases fluorescent 7-amido-4-methylcoumarin (λ ex 380 nm, λ em 465 nm), enabling the enzyme's activity to be monitored in vitro.
