ZnAF-2
ZnAF-2, 6-iso- is a cell-impermeable, highly selective fluorescent zinc sensor with a 2.7 nM Kd. It exhibits a 51-fold fluorescence enhancement upon 1:1 Zn2+ binding, with minimal interference from biological cations like Ca2+ or Mg2+. It is widely used for extracellular zinc detection in both in vitro assays and in vivo imaging studies.
