Pools of purified homogenous IgG2b isolated from pooled rat serum. Freund’s complete adjuvant is used in the first step of the immunization procedure.
Form
Delipidated, heat inactivated, lyophilized whole antiserum. No preservative added as it may interfere with he antibody activity. Total protein and IgG concentration in the antiserum are comparable to those of pooled normal sheep serum. No foreign proteins
Storage Conditions
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
