PROTAC BRD4 Degrader-42

PROTACBRD4 Degrader-42 (Compound P6) is a PROTAC class degrader targeting BRD4, with a DC50 of 1.11 μM. It facilitates the ubiquitination and degradation of BRD4. Additionally, PROTACBRD4 Degrader-42 downregulates c-Myc expression and induces apoptosis by upregulating the expression of proteins BAD and BAX. It exhibits anticancer activity against myeloid monocytic leukemia.
