(R) -N-3-Benzylnirvanol

(R) -N-3-Benzylnirvanol is the R enantiomer of (±) -N-3-Benzylnirvanol. The compound (±) -N-3-Benzylnirvanol is a racemic mixture composed of (+) -N-3-Benzylnirvanol and (-) -N-3-Benzylnirvanol. Both enantiomers are potent and selective inhibitors of cytochrome P450 (CYP2C19), exhibiting Ki values of 0.25 μM and 5.3 μM, respectively.
