NM-002

NM-002 is a metabolite of the prodrug NM-001, characterized by its near-infrared emission properties. It is generated through the activation of NM-001 by cathepsin B (CTSB) overexpressed in tumor cells. NM-002 exhibits no toxicity to tumor cells and can escape from lysosomes to the cytoplasm. It is suitable for real-time monitoring of drug release studies.
