XS-060 is a potent RXRα antagonist that induces RXRα-dependent mitotic arrest by inhibiting the interaction between phosphorylated RXRα (pRXRα) and PLK1. XS-060 has demonstrated promising antitumor activity in studies of breast cancer, lung adenocarcinoma, and liver cancer.
